We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is an awesome Winchester 42 chambered in 410 ga 3" shells. This shotgun is a very early gun made in 1933, the 1st year of production. With the unique serial number of 1932 which almost matches the year. The bore looks very good. The barrel is 26" and the choke is FULL. The serial numbers match on the frame and barrel assembly.
