Winchester Model 1876 .45-60. Made in 1881 and supported by a factory letter, serial 17559 has a 28-inch round barrel (.810-inch muzzle diameter, blade front sight). Features include a tang aperture and trap door crescent butt plate. DIMENSION: Weight is 10.0 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.1 inches. CONDITION: The bore has browned with light-to-moderate roughness and lightly softened rifling. Hammer notches are solid. Trigger operates properly. Metal finish has thinned and browned.
