Description:
Pfuff free pistols were among the best-ever target guns. Designed and manufactured by a champion, they provided ultimate accuracy, with marked improvements in reliability and durability compared to similar guns, previous, concurrent, or later.
A set of 3, including all 3 versions actually made by Pfuff are offered for $5100. These include the original wood cases, some extra sights, tools, test targets for 2 of the guns, and an additional hand grip. Purchase of these can be combined of my other firearms listings for discount. The second version model includes the factory OEM counterweight system (and weights).
The items offered include the first and second models, and an intermediate version, Two have rounded barrels, one is hexagonal.
Sold as a Weyr (of dragons) due to the value of the group both for use, study, or collection. All are used, and are past the "break-in" period for free pistols to achieve optimum accuracy. All are right hand models. Please remember, the guns, as well as the grips, are right handed. Conversion of the gun is required to use with the LH grip.
See attached images. Keep in mind, the test targets are at 50M, and are with 10 rounds per target. The dragon is not for sale separately and not included in the stated price, but is available as an accessory item with the complete set of 3 guns.
My experience has been of greater accuracy for these guns that the Steyr FP-1 Match, MC-55-1, or Hammerli FPs. Others have simply found them equal to the best of the MC-55-1.
High velocity ammunition can be used in these guns, if desired. Most however prefer FP ammunition or standard velocity pistol ammunition.
In comparing these to other Pfuff guns that might be available, remember that many of those on the market were not "made by" Pfuff, but were assembled from remander or leftover parts by another group.
For those desiring a more expansive set of FPs including pairs of Steyr Match FP1 , Vostok (Baikal) MC-55-1, SAKO Finnmaster, a single gun FP version of the Walther GSP, and/or two rare versions of the Hammerli 120, that can be provided as well, upon inquiry.
If viewing these images with the usual LCD screen, it often is necessary to tilt the screen a bit, to get the best image.
