Description:
This extremely rare Savage 99 Schutzen came into our posession recently and were looking for offers to be made since theres not alot of information for these. This one is chambered in 30-30 and has a full octagon barrel grade "B" checkering on "Fancy American Walnut" and a "Swiss" butt plate. We have letters of authenticity from Roe Clark back in 1993 and a recent letter from the Cody Firearms Museum backing up Clarks findings. It was commissioned in April of 1903 for M. Hartley Company in New York. We have more pics if needed but are putting feelers out there for this rifle and any information anyone might have. We are not giving a price for this rifle but will accept offers and pass them along to the owner.
