This Colt was produced in 1949. The pistol's serial number is 755382. It has the 6 inch target barrel chambered for the 38 Special cartridge. The bore and chambers are bright with sharp lands. The action works fine with no issues. This pistol does have some light wear and use. There is no abuse or after market items added to this Colt. The original wood grips show some wear that is consistent with the rest of the pistol. The original bluing would rate a 96% overall condition. These Officer Model pistols are great all around use pistols! The 38 Special is a great versatile cartridge with many usages for this pistol.
