Description:
Remington Model 40-XB Target Rifle chambered in .22-250 Remington. This is a heavy barrel bolt action bench rifle. The barrel length is 27 inches. It has a rail for scope mounting on the receiver. It is also drilled and tapped on the barrel for mounting Unertl type scope mounts. The left side of the receiver is also drilled, tapped, and filled for mounting an aperture sight. It has a one-piece synthetic stock with a pistol grip in a target configuration. The LOP measures 13 1/2" from the front of the trigger to the back of the rubber recoil pad. The barrel finish is stainless, and the bore is bright, and the rifling is sharp. The action functions correctly and features a nice wide target trigger. .22-250 Remington
