This particular model was produced in the late 1885, as indicated by its serial number. It is a rare early first run model in very nice condition.
Condition: 3 ½” .32 S&W Octagon barrel with a partially bright good bore showing areas of light oxidation , and very good rifling. The metal of the revolver retains most of its original nickel plate with some minor freckling, scratches and handling marks. Some dimpling on the left side of the receiver. Original hard rubber black checkered grip are in excellent condition. Mechanically the revolver works excellent in single and double action with good timing and lock-up. A tiny bit of cylinder play at lock-up. The top-strap markings remain crisp and legible. Barrel, frame, and cylinder have matching serial numbers.
This revolver is the perfect addition to any antique firearm collection or for those who appreciate a very nice classic piece of history.
