This rifle is a beautiful example of the work of Mauser's factory custom shop in Isny, Germany. Caliber is .300 Winchester Magnum. The Turkish walnut is grade 8. Double square bridge receiver, compatible with Recknagel swing-off scope rings, features a traditional Germanic oak leaf motif in full coverage to include bolt shroud and bottom metal. Barrel shank feautures Mauser Original banner and gold inlaid border. Bolt handle is 360-degree checkered with rosette at bottom with gold-inlaid border. Wood-to-metal fit of the is excellent as expected, with all checkering hand cutes complete in factory-logo'd luxury case.
