"Serial number 5100. Made between 1902 and 1905. 45 LC with a 5 ½" barrel. Very fine Colt 1878 which has been converted to Single Action. Very interesting gunsmithing work. The trigger guard has been replaced. Grips are very finely carved. Action works perfectly. This is a Colt 1902 “Alaskan" model and has all of the military markings.
