Listed is a 257 weatherby mark v - manufacturing date based on serial is 1963, still looks pretty good for a gun 60 plus years of age with life left in her. Just downsizing my collection, i'm a southpaw so if it's not for mom or me time to thin the safe. All functions very well, metal and wood rated 90 plus percent conservatively. Descriptions are subjective of course i've owned many one this age is in overall good condition.
