Early Vintage 1938 Scarce Hi Standard Model D .22 Target Pistol
Just acquired is this very fine and early vintage 1938 target pistol by the venerable Connecticut firm of Hi Standard. This specimen, a Model D was manufactured in 1938. SN 36668 the pistol followed the earlier Model A continuing its serial number range. With a long sleek 6-3/4” medium weight barrel it has adjustable sights, walnut grips and factory 10-shot magazine. The gun does not appear to have been used a great deal and retains about 92-95% of its finish. Grips excellent. Bore excellent. An extremely desirable Hi Standard for the collector. J246
