The FPC is Smith & Wesson‚‚s first folding pistol caliber carbine. The FPC features a simple blowback design for ease of maintenance and reliability and is uses the same M&P series magazines for easy cross-compatibility. The FPC features a side-folding design that allows the firearm to be collapsed without interfering with installed optics. A full length M-LOK rail allows for easy customization while the inclusion of magazine storage slots in the stock allow the firearm to be carried and stowed in one complete package.
This model is chambered in 9mm Luger and features a threaded barrel and an all-black finish. Three magazines are included (2-20 round; 1-15 round) along with extra palmswell panels and a range bag. The rifle comes pre-installed with a Crimson Trace red dot sight. The FPC is not compatible with M&P Shield magazines
