"Made in 1870s. 44 Russian with a 6 ½" barrel. Beautifully engraved Smith & Wesson 3rd Model Russian. The metal has been mostly cleaned. There is trace amounts of original nickel finish, but mostly the metal has been cleaned in such a way that it is hard to tell where the finish ends. Grips are very good pearls that has a chip out of the bottom corner. Gun is all matching. Action works well. Very fine New York engraved Smith & Wesson 3rd Model Russian!
