Description:
This is a P14 Enfiled rifle that has been sportorized. The stock has been sanded down and shortened also some of the sling swivel holes have been plugged with some sort of putty or accurglas. The receiver has been smoothed out and a redfield peep sight installed and a banded front sight to match. The top of the sight has a "RF" stamped on it and the serial number is clearly stamped but other than that there are not many markings on it. there is another set of markings at the rear of the barrel close to the receiver. Rifle functions properly. Build a custom sporter of use it as is. These are great for Magnum rifle building due to the bolt face being correct for belted magnum rounds. Bore is reflective Needs a good cleaning.. Has some pitting with strong rifling.
