Description:
Excellent Model 70 in the scarce and highly desirable .220 Swift caliber.
S/N 403844 with matching scribed bolt made in 1957.
26" stainless steel barrel with outstanding factory iron oxide/blued finish. The muzzle face is correctly "in the white" as were all with this treatment. The bore and throat are excellent.
All original finishes throughout, showing 97-98% with only a few scattered very light handling marks.
Great stock with Monte Carlo comb, clean and unaltered barrel channel, and sharp undamaged checkering.
Quality Marbles 69 rear flip sight, along with correct front sight and original hood.
All mechanical functions appear to be functioning perfectly.
