Sharps model 1874 " Creedmoor"big game rifle ,my father in law placed an order for this rifle in 1994 and was ready in 1999, from ShillowRifle MFG.in Montana. Even today, if you want to buy one from them, it takes 3 years or longer to get your hands on it.
The rifle was shot only by the manufacturer , my father in law passed away before he could enjoy going hunting .
Has costum wood case, heavier than the rifle, my father in law wanted to make sure his rifle was kept safe and not be easily damaged.
The rifle comes with 300 bullets, included in the price, also shipping is included .
I had a buyer interested and it is my first time selling a gun, told him to send me the money order first and when it clears, I will ship him the rifle, did not mention the rifle will be held at the local gun store until the money order clears, he said he changed his mind and I didn't know why. Now I know, so from now on, I will tell the buyer I will bring the rifle at the gun store, where they can call to confirm, and the gun store will ship the rifle when the cashie's check clears. The bullets will be shipped after the rifle, they do not ship them together. I am sure most people know, this information is for someone like me, who never sold a gun before.
