The Model 17 was manufactured from 1928 through WW2. This particular model was made in France during German Occupation under the watchful eye of the Waffenamt (Germany's arms Agency during WW2). This firearm is marked with the Waffenamt arsenal marks and the grips are marked "9 Schuss" another item that was changed under German occupation. 7.65MM (.32 ACP)
