The accompanying article gives a detailed biography of Harvey St. Jean who was killed in an apparent mob hit in the early 1970s while sitting in his Cadillac in South Beach. His life story reads like a criminal novel and is full of interesting facts about the criminal scene in Miami Beach in the 60s and 70s.
