Description:
This rifle was produced around 1937. It is the "newer" model 69 with the "A" designation. The stock is in remarkably good shape with only a few scratches and some very nice figuring on the butt stock. The rifle features a clip release button on the left side of the stock. The barrel has good lands & grooves and is bright and shiny. The bolt action is smooth and tight. The 69A is considered to be a rare rifle due to low production numbers.
Aside from its collector value this rifle would make a great starter rifle for a beginner hunter.
The rifle also comes with three original magazines. This rifle will handle .22 short, long and long rifle cartridges. A very nice Kolpin carry case is included.
