This is a 99% original Irwin Pedersen M1 carbine like new!This is a very Rare M1 one of very few to exist.It's all originalas manufactured at the IP factory..No completed carbines were accepted by the US Govt in the first 3500 made.This is one of them early 1943,serial number 17726xx.
Parts as follows,Receiver IP,Mag release IP-W,Saftey IP-A,Rear sight S or 8 IP,Front sight IPN,Slide IP,Trigger Housing IP,Bolt SG,Sear sw-IP,Trigger hammer marked IP,Barrel Underwood 1-43.Wood stock is perfect with cross cannons and Catrouche,RSG marked in sling well,with matching handguard marked I-P-K S'G'.Magaizine marked IS.Green canvass sling,Buttplated marked PM-IP.This beautiful piece just maybe the Holy Grail of Carbines,ot maybe my Winchester I have listed
I'm looking for $6500 plus SHI which maybe $150 priority mail and Insured.IF you purchase this and take it apart thats fine,If you remove parts or damage them you will replace them before the money is returned.You must have a FFL or C&R to purchase this.I am depleting my collection due to age and health.I do not have a FFL or C&R.Look it over and you would be very hard pressed to find any carbine as nice.It has no arsenal rebuild marks never.
