Description:
This Winchester Model 73, SN 174885, was manufactured in 1886. This Musket is all original and a Factory Letter with the original 5 piece cleaning rod are included. The musket has the standard 30" round barrel with the 27" magazine tube along with the correct sight/bayonet stud to accept the angular socket bayonet, which is included.The stock and forend are in good condition. The wood to metal fit is quite good. The metal has signs of previously poor storage.
73 Muskets are rare, making up only 5% of the total Model 1873 production. All mechanics are very good.
