Description:
"SN: 145345. Made in 1892. 45 LC caliber with a 4.25" barrel. The metal has a dark brown to gray patina. Grips show heavy carry use. This is an interesting gun. It does not letter as a Sheriff’s model and probably is a no record gun, but it is one serial number away from an authentic Sheriff’s model and falls into a range of approximately 20 Sheriff’s models. The frame shows no signs of having been made into a Sheriff’s model, so we believe this is an authentic Sheriff’s model. The barrel however is a replacement. There are also several small parts that are replacements as well.
