Serial No. 30708, made in 1862, .44 caliber, 7 7/8"" round barrel. Metal is in the bright, serial numbers are mismatching, this is due to the revolver being rearsenaled for the Indian Wars going on after the Civil War. Bore is good with handsome rifling noted. Grips are good with light handling wear visible. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up. It is noted that these guns were issued to the Buffalo Soldiers!
