Accordingly, the slide is engraved with 13 stars representing the original Colonies, "1776," and the first 3 words of the preamble to the Constitution. The grips feature 50 stars representing the 50 States. Sights consist of a Meprolight MH3 tritium front post and a Novak-style 2-dot tritium rear.
