Description:
I have a WWI 1911 manufactured in 1918. This 1911 came from an elderly collector who had it since the late 1930's. It was in a shipment to the Springfield Armory in May 1918 with 4500 other 1911's. It is unknown when it was nickled plated but from the condition it appears it was done a ways back. The 1911 appears to be most original parts but the barrel is a replacement and obviously the white grips are to. The pistol functions as it should and is still very tight. Comes with Colt letter.
