Description:
SOLD!
This is a custom "baby" Luger in mint condition, made by famous gunsmith and a custom gun maker John V. Martz from California, who also invented MSTR - "Martz safe toggle release" in mid-seventies. John Martz was known for his .45ACP Luger conversions and baby Lugers, where a standard frame was shortened by about 1/2 inch and a new shorter 2 5/8 inch barrel was installed. This particular gun has John's patented toggle release where the gun is rendered "safe" when the toggle is dropped on a live round in a chamber. This baby Luger is a piece of art, with strawed small parts, high grade blue and high grade walnut grips. It is chambered in 9mm Para and come with 3 consecutively numbers magazines and a beautiful walnut display case with a key, made specifically for this gun. The gun looks like it left John's shop yesterday. Martz custom baby Lugers are known for superb craftsmanship and stunning presentation.
