This is an original Thompson Center super 14 originally chambered in .223. Someone sometime has rechambered the barrel into a 22 Super Bower. This barrel comes with the reloading dies and description from previous owner. We don't know much about this and haven't personally shot this contender barrel. This was a hand down in a estate sale and was not given any further detail. You can find some research online on this cartridge. This will be for an avid reloader and someone who likes odd ball calibers. By our research the 22 Super bower was a very accurate cartridge.
