Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees or credit card fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.

Here is a DWM P08 Luger chambered in 9mm Parabellum. It has all matching serials numbers except the barrel which is marked 4 as in 4 inches and 8.83 which is the German designation for the actual bore diameter. It comes with an extra .30 cal barrel. I bought this pistol from a person who suppllies props for movies and it comes with the parts to convert this gun to fire blanks. Comes with a leather holster and dissasembly tool. The gun is in good condition, has expected surface wear. Thanks for looking!
