Description:
This Marlin Model 336C lever action rifle chambered in the revered .30-.30 Winchester cartridge was manufactured in 2010 and was part of a Cabela's special gun acquisition and is a fantastic find. It is a post Remington gun with standard markings, and sports a factory hooded blade front sight and u-notch folding leaf rear, walnut stock with fine checkering on the wrist and forearm, and a factory brown rubber butt pad. The metal is excellent retaining 99% of its original blue finish, as is the stock with the exception of a few impressions and or handling marks with a nick in the walnut on the left side of the hand guard. The bore is fantastic with bright crisp rifling throughout, and the action is smooth with a firm trigger breaking at about 7-1/2 lbs. .30-30 Winchester
