SALE PENDING 20231020 - This semi-auto pistol is chambered for 38 Special wadcutter loads; it was manufactured in 1966. Colt produced this item in very limited quantities. The right side of the slide shows blue loss as tiny point of missing finish. There are approximately 20-25 of these spots. They are not dents or dings; they cannot be felt when running your finger over them. Because of these spots, I purchased this gun as a shooter but I never took it to the range. The left side of the frame has a small idiot scratch. There is no corrosion on this firearm. Other than these two noted issues, the gun is in excellent condition. The blue finish is deep and lustrous; the flats have a mirror-finish. Factory wood grips are excellent; Elliason adjustable rear sight and adjustable trigger. The original box with the factory test target is provided. Note the accuracy of this pistol from the factory test. I do not believe that this item was fired often and it is still a collectable item. The box has no label. Please review the pictures to personally assess condition and contact me with questions. Please note that this item can be returned only if delivered damaged during shipment.
