Very unique; the cal originally a wildcat based on a 30 30 case but necked down to 7mm (284) allowing for a flatter trajctory with a mild recoiling and handsome light weight lever gun, making a 94 effectively a Mountain Rifle. This is the deluxe (XTR Checkered with high lustur blue) was factory equipped with a 24" barrel with some factory loadings capable of 2700 fps muzzle velocity.
The quality and depth of the blue of this generation 94 is 2d to none.
Aside from a couple of light scratches on the left side of the receiver the gun is otherwise in not far from new condition.
This gun in this cal is destined to be a collector item
For those unfamiliar with the AE it stands for angle eject which unlike countless generations of 94 's before this redesign did not allow reasonable scope mounting however with the AE one is able to mount a scope as one should be mounted.
