Colt Single Action Bisley in 44-40.
1906 vintage gun with the desireable 4 3/4" barrel and in the popular 44-40 cartridge.
Gun is in very good mechanical condition with all 4 clicks. The cylinder is in very good condition and the bore is good with slight corrosion.
Barrel has the correct two line address and is marked "Colt Frontier Six Shooter" and "Bisley Model" as it should be for this model.
Grips fit well and appear to be original. They show wear consistent with the rest of the gun.
Gun has the VP proof which Colt introduced around this time to denote safe for smokeless powder.
This is an honest gun that has seen use but hasn't been through the refinish mill.
