This is a Marlin model 1894C 357 Mag/38 Special lever action rifle with a Simons 4x32 8 Point scope with an 18" barrel This gun is in excellant condition with no scratches on the stock or fore arm and the blueing is 100%. Also, the bore of this gun is in excellant condition . The buyer is getting a gun that looks factory new. This gun is JM stamped and was made before Marlin sold to Ruger. This would make a great cowboy action rifle by simply removing the scope or I will remove the scope and mounts and sell the gun for $1500. if the buyer prefers.
