This is a Colt Single Action Army Buntline Special revolver chambered in 45 Colt. It features a 12” barrel, custom holster, and early rubber grips. The frame on this revolver dates to 1926 and we believe the barrel and cylinder to be from a 2nd gen Buntline Special. The revolver is very nice condition overall with a patinas case color on the receiver and handing wear on the front and backstrap. Overall, this revolver is in great condition. The action is very smooth and seems like it has probably been smithed, likely with the barrel was changed. The bore is sharp. The barrel and frame are not numbers matching and there is no serial number on the grip frame. This is a very nice shooter.
