This gun was built in 1880 with Damascus barrels for a left hand shooter. The triggers are bent for the left hand, the stock now has neutral cast that is suitable for a right or left hand shooter. The gun was rebarreled by Purdey with Whitworth steel barrels at a later date. All specs match the original order sheet seen in the pictures.
Bores have some marks close to the muzzle but are otherwise bright and clean
Rib name and address are faded but still legible
