Payment Types Accepted: Description: On Hold Sale Pending Antique long-barrel percussion full stock sporting rifle manufactured by Henry Leman, circa 1850 in 38 caliber with a pinned 42.5" octagon barrel fitted with a buckhorn rear sight and brass blade front sight. The barrel is marked "Leman Landcaster and warranted on the flat at the breach area. The lock is marked Leman Landcaster PA with set triggers. The 38 caliber bore has good rifling but needs cleaning. The walnut stock is in good condition but has considerable erosion in front of and behind the hammer from firing. The nipple is in good condition. The lock and barrel have turned brown with some pitting near the nipple. The trigger guard, crescent but plate and ramrod holders are brass turning brown from age.
