Sabatti Model 92EJ Classic Big 5 in 500 N.E.. Rifle weighs 10lb 4oz, with a 15” LOP, ~24” barrels, one-standing and two folding leaf rear sight, gold bead front sight, and automatic ejectors. A 14oz mercury recoil reducer has been installed along with a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Original case, scope mount, and paperwork is included.
I sent this rifle after purchasing it to Ken Owen to have the barrels reregulated and trigger work. If you know the history on the early Cabelas Sabatti’s, you’ll understand. If you don’t, call with any questions. About ¼” was removed from the end of the barrels and then they were reregulated and re-crowned correctly. While there, he also repaired a chip on the stock cheekpiece damaged by a prior owner; some barrel marks and touch-up bluing also resulted from the barrel work – refer to photos. Ken’s regulating targets are shown for reference. Apart from the stock repair (cosmetic, not structural) and the marks on the barrels from regulating, the gun is in great condition and locks up very tight – there is likely less than 100 rounds through it.
