German percussion rifle with 32"" octagonal barrel with set trigger. The side plate and hammer have scroll and floral engraving. The stock is carved with high relief European stags head. The trigger guard and tang are ""German silver"" engraved in floral motifs. The patch box is made of German silver. The rifle has sling swivels on the stock near the German silver buttplate and another midway from the breech and the muzzle. Overall a very good attractive hunters rifle.
