Description:
This old Marlin carbine remains in very good overall condition. "Model 93" is stamped on the top tang which makes this a post 1921 gun. Wood is solid with normal dings and scratches for an old gun. There are no cracks and one chip of wood missing on right side under hammer. There is no blue on lever or receiver, and little blue left on barrel or half magazine. All metal has patinaed with age and shows a few light spots of pitting. Gun has "Marlin Safety" on top of receiver and "The Marlin Firearms Corporation - New Haven Conn." Also on barrel "Special Smokeless Steel" This is a great old gun for the beginning collector or Marlin fan. .30-30 Winchester
