Description:
This centerfire rifle is a Lithgow SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield) Mk III* chambered in .303 British. It has a bayonet mount, a protected front blade sight, and a graduated (2 - 20) adjustable rear sight. It is marked 'MA LITHGOW SMLE III* 1942' under the bolt handle. The butt stock is marked "6/45" on the right side, along with a "92871" marking. It comes with the original fabric sling containing an indistinguishable ink marking. .303 British
