18th Century ENGRAVED SPANISH Antique Flintlock BLUNDERBUSS Pistol
Early 1800s Blunderbuss
Here we present an engraved antique Spanish Blunderbuss Flintlock Pistol, made circa the late-18th Century. This blunderbuss pistol has a slightly ovate muzzle and would have been a devastating close-range weapon. It is maker marked on the top of the barrel and surrounded by fleur de lis. The lock and barrel are engraved. The lock is marked “IPH DEOP”, which is likely a maker’s name.
The overall condition is good. The gray patina on the iron parts. The action is strong. The bore is smooth and dim. The stock has been repaired and some small cracks remain.

Muzzle measures 1 inch at the muzzle from top to bottom and about 1 ¼ inch side to side.
