Description:
Gun is in very nice condition with sharp corners and good markings. Barrel has traces of blue in protected areas with the balance being a clean plum/brown aged patina. 10k serial range. Features original sling swivels. Wood is in nice condition with some handling mars. Fits well. Action is crisp and tight. Receiver has turned a deep butterscotch. Excellent fitting side plates. All screws are in good condition. There is a neat plaque in the stock with the name Oliver C Hansbroug Denver Colorado. This man was a Sheriff in Boulder county and also was head of the Sheriff's Commission at one time in Colorado. He also owned several mines. Classy looking Henry.
