Excellent condition US Model 1836 made by Robert Johnson of Middleton Conn. Manufactured in 1841. This percussion conversion pistol is a fantastic piece of American history that will make a great addition to your collection.
   
Features:  
Make - Robert Johnson
Model - US 1836 - Conversion from flint to percussion.
Caliber - .54
   
Lock:  
Condition - Excellent condition. 
Finish - Even brown light blue.
Function - Excellent.  Holds at both half and full cock. Strong spring.
Markings - Clear manufacture date of 1841. Correct R. Johnson Markings.  
   
Stock:  
Condition- Excellent. The stock is solid.  All of the hardware in excellent condition.
Cartouches- 2 faint cartouches on left panel. 
   
Barrel:  
Condition - Excellent condition.
Proofs - NWP (Nahum W. Patch) inspectors markings over P.
Bore - Smooth bore. Very good condition.
Sights - Single brass blade on front barrel band. Oval rear sight on tang.
Ramrod - Ramrod assembly in excellent condition.
