Description:
Serial #892, .30 RF, 2 3/4" octagon barrel with a good, lightly pitted bore. This is a handsome little revolver that retains 85-90% of the original nickel finish with dark spots of freckling on the cylinder, and on the frame where the nickel has flaked. The hammer has muted, original color case-hardening visible, and the checkered, hard rubber grips are in fine shape with some minor wear and flattening of the points. The lock-up is tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is an about fine example of a Smoot No. 1 Pocket overall. Antique
