This is a classic 20 gauge Fox Sterlingworth upland hunting gun in fine overall condition...The 26" barrels are choked ic and imp mod. 2 1/2" chambers, with excellent bores...14 1/4" length of pull...Drops are 3 and 1 7/8"...Weighs just 5 1/2 pounds...About 95% original barrel blue remains. Case colors have faded away...A light coat of varnish has been added to the wood, including the checkering...This is a nice tight little gun that locks up tight and has that precise closing sound that reminds us that it is a Fox gun...Serial # 260xxx, made in 1928...Clean out the checkering and you will have the perfect light upland hunting gun!
