LUGER Look Alike ERMA Model LA22 Semi-Auto Pistol
Chambered In .22 Long Rifle
Here we present an Erma Model LA22 semi-automatic pistol. The Erfurter Maschinenfabrik (ERMA) was a German weapons manufacturer founded in 1922 by Berthold Geipel. Prior to and during World War II, it manufactured several various firearms such as the MP-40 submachine gun alongside several .22 conversion kits for military weapons used for training purposes. The Erma Model LA 22 semi-automatic pistol is chambered in .22LR. This pistol is designed to look like and operate similarly to a Georg Luger’s creation. The pistol has a black painted frame and barrel, and brown plastic checkered grips. The toggle bolt operates smoothly, and though it isn’t quite identical to a genuine Luger action, it certainly looks similar.
The overall condition is near fine. The original black finish is 95%. The markings are clear. The grips are in great shape. The bore is bright with nice rifling. The action is excellent, strong and crisp. Here is a great Cold War-era West German manufactured Luger look-a-like in the awesome .22 LR!
