Synopsis: Walther P38, ac 45, Zero Series, German Miltary Pistol, 026103, FB01247 Description: Very late war Walther P38, a late Zero Series pistol, taken from commercial stock then issued and accepted by the German Military in WWII. SN: 026103. Cal: 9mmP. Standard configuration P38 with 5” barrel, drift adjustable front sight and fixed rear sight. Safety positions marked with a white highlighted “S” and a red highlighted “F”. The right side of slide with the usual three acceptances. For these guns, the serial numbering was applied in the commercial manner: the full serial number appearing on the right side of the frame and repeated on the upper surface of the slide adjacent to the chamber area, under the barrel and on the locking block. Fitted with dark chocolate grips and late unmarked magazine. Condition: VG/EXC bright original salt blue with slight cleaning of the barrel and sharp edge wear as imaged. Comparable blue on the front strap. Comparable condition original grips and magazine. Bright bore with strong rifling, slight erosion in grooves. Perfect manual mechanics.
