The Thompson Center Super 14 Contender is a well-known top-break, single-shot pistol long recognized for its accuracy and flexibility in shooting different calibers with a simple switch in barrels. Has a 14-inch long .35 REM barrel; engraved, flat receiver; and walnut target grips and forearm grip has a few dings on it - see pictures. This Thompson Center Super 14 is also equipped with an external manual firing pin selector that allows the shooter to switch from centerfire to rimfire ammunition. The selector also acts as a safety when positioned to the center. The barrel is easily swapped out for other Contender barrels chambered in various calibers.
