Description: The S&W Model 4006 was made from 1990 to 1999, is one of the first Smith & Wesson pistols chambered in the new at the time, .40 S&W cartridge. The pistols were fitted with either a 3 1/2 or 4 inch barrel, ambi safety/de-cock feature, Delrin one piece wrap-around grips, 3-dot fixed or adjustable rear sight, satin stainless steel finish, (2) 11-round magazines, and chambered in .40 S&W. This pistol is as described and is fitted with a 4 inch barrel, fixed sights, safety and carry-style flush fit hammer. Pistol is in very good condition, having some wear but has been well cared for. Comes with a Smith & Wesson box and a total of 3 factory magazines. This is a nice old school .40 S&W pistol.
