1970 Vintage Smith & Wesson .22LR Pistol w/ 7-3/8" Barrel & Factory Muzzle break
** .22 Match Target Pistol** SALE PENDING
Description:
Beautiful 1970 vintage Smith & Wesson Model 41 match target pistol. This single action semi automatic pistol features a 7-3/8" barrel with factory muzzle break, loaded chamber indicator, blue finish, checkered walnut target stocks with thumbrest, (10) round magazine, adjustable rear and partridge front sight. The Smith & Wesson model 41 was the firm's top-of-the-line rimfire target model. This particular example was made in 1970 and is in excellent overall condition. It is 100% original and in perfect working order. The original factory gloss-blue finish rates 98+%, with only some very minor handling marks that are only visible under very close inspection. The bore in this pistol is mirror-bright and pristine. The rifling still shows sharp lands and grooves and there are no visible imperfections or erosion. The original factory grips are in great shape overall, free from any cracks, chips, or repairs. The internals are just as clean as the exterior and show little to no mechanical wear. The slide to frame fit is superb, and it is very obvious that this pistol has been fired VERY little since leaving the factory 50 years ago. If you have been looking for an exceedingly nice Model 41 for your collection this example would be an excellent choice. PRICE: $1250 We are Antique & Modern Firearms in Lexington, KY, dealer of fine firearms since 1974. PH. 859-276-1419 We Buy, Sell and Trade Firearms & Knives. Have a Individual Firearm, Firearms Collection, or Firearms Estate to sell, let us know, we can buy or consignment sell it for you. NOTE:No additional fee for a Credit Card payment.
